Rules
We use Itella SmartPOST parcel terminals for efficient and secure delivery. Estonia: Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 working days. Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania: Delivery may take longer, depending on the location and customs clearance times. You will receive a tracking code via email once your parcel has been dispatched. Please ensure your contact details are correct at checkout.
Interpretation and Definitions
All return or exchange requests must be made within 10 days of the invoice date for Estonia orders, and within 20 days for international orders. Returns must be submitted through our online portal at www.astieks.com. For local Estonian orders, exchanges can also be arranged in person at any of our boutique locations. Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

The HELIOSA 99 4000W is a powerful short-wave infrared heater designed for open and semi-open spaces. It produces comfortable warmth similar to the sun’s heat, but without ultraviolet, microwave, or X-ray radiation, making it both safe and highly efficient.
The heater directly warms people and objects, providing fast and effective spot heating for terraces, verandas, gazebos, restaurants, and other outdoor areas.
It features the special Infracalor® Amber Light infrared lamp, which reduces visible light emission by up to 80%, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere without harsh glare. The lamp has a lifespan of up to 7,000 hours.
