Rules
We use Itella SmartPOST parcel terminals for efficient and secure delivery. Estonia: Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 working days. Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania: Delivery may take longer, depending on the location and customs clearance times. You will receive a tracking code via email once your parcel has been dispatched. Please ensure your contact details are correct at checkout.
Interpretation and Definitions
All return or exchange requests must be made within 10 days of the invoice date for Estonia orders, and within 20 days for international orders. Returns must be submitted through our online portal at www.astieks.com. For local Estonian orders, exchanges can also be arranged in person at any of our boutique locations. Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

About the Brand
Patrick Norguet
Patrick Norguet, the internationally renowned Parisian designer, graduated from the prestigious École Supérieure de Design. His interest in various subjects led him to explore areas as diverse as equipment design, architecture and fashion, with works produced for brands such as Louis Vuitton, Dior, Jean Paul Gaultier, among many others.
Patrick Norguet’s ceramics projects have gained great prominence, prompting an exhibition at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, and his work is part of many public and private collections.
He has won several awards throughout his career, which include: Furniture Designer of the Year award in 2009 and Best Domestic Design in 2011, both by the Wallpaper magazine, Designer of the Year – Now! Design for Living, in 2005, by the Maison & Objet fair, and a Red Dot Design Award in 2010.
