We use Itella SmartPOST parcel terminals for efficient and secure delivery. Estonia: Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 working days. Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania: Delivery may take longer, depending on the location and customs clearance times. You will receive a tracking code via email once your parcel has been dispatched. Please ensure your contact details are correct at checkout.
Interpretation and Definitions
All return or exchange requests must be made within 10 days of the invoice date for Estonia orders, and within 20 days for international orders. Returns must be submitted through our online portal at www.astieks.com. For local Estonian orders, exchanges can also be arranged in person at any of our boutique locations. Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
We wanted to pay tribute to Rose, Magali’s grandmother (who gave her name to our brand). Rose’s sunny water for the woman who was luminous and loved the delicate and subtle smell of flowers. This is why we have carefully selected the most beautiful flowers of Grasse which blossom in the light of the comforting and warm notes of Madagascar vanilla pods and Tonka beans.
