We use Itella SmartPOST parcel terminals for efficient and secure delivery. Estonia: Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 working days. Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania: Delivery may take longer, depending on the location and customs clearance times. You will receive a tracking code via email once your parcel has been dispatched. Please ensure your contact details are correct at checkout.
Interpretation and Definitions
All return or exchange requests must be made within 10 days of the invoice date for Estonia orders, and within 20 days for international orders. Returns must be submitted through our online portal at www.astieks.com. For local Estonian orders, exchanges can also be arranged in person at any of our boutique locations. Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

The HELIOSA 9.3 IPX5 is a premium outdoor infrared heater designed for terraces, balconies, restaurants, and lounge areas. With its IPX5 protection rating, it is resistant to rain and water splashes.
Its durable aluminium housing and heating coverage of up to 11 m² provide efficient and comfortable warmth. The special White Screen glass reduces visible light emission by up to 95%, delivering gentle heat without bright glare.
The heater features Bluetooth connectivity and a remote control, allowing you to switch the unit on and off, adjust the power from 0–100%, set timers, and control multiple heaters directly from your smartphone via the iOS and Android app.
