He received\u00a0recognition of experts and was\u00a0rewarded several times for his works.\u00a0Over the course of twenty years,\u00a0Decelles\u2019 realistic figures evolved into\u00a0abstract ones. The artist is not only\u00a0capable of sculpting monumental\u00a0pieces weighing over 600 kgs, but\u00a0also miniature pieces of 2 cm.\u00a0Maternity, in Daum crystal, was\u00a0inspired by the birth of his sons,\u00a0and the softness and comfort that a\u00a0mother\u2019s arms give to a child. With\u00a0their eyes closed, they have frozen\u00a0this moment for eternity.
